I have provided clinical supervision and mentorship for multiple graduate level clinical externship students
In the span of my career as a speech-language pathologist, I have served as mentor for five post-graduate clinical fellows with the goal of them obtaining their certificate of clinical competence (CCC’s) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. The certifying body for all SLPs.

In prior years, I have served as chairman of the board for the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and a volunteer long-term care ombudsman.
Prior years and position, I was a member of pilot team of clinicians, nurses, and developmental pediatricians to form a neuro-developmental pediatric team.
A contributing member of an Integrated Developmental Pediatric Clinic and committee at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson in Anchorage Alaska
Currently in final revisions of single-subject research study and capstone project in Childhood Apraxia of Speech through Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions to result in Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Completed all lactation-specific training and 500 clinical clock hours for International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
Special training in pediatrics for Childhood Apraxia of Speech and feeding training for infants and children. (Testing in September 2023.)

Completion of Human Subjects Research course with CITI Program required for research with human subjects.
